Our uniqueness is profoundly affected by the presence of the other. In every gaze, caress and encounter a bit more of our identity is revealed.
In this workshop, the invitation was to explore, express and embrace all the parts of my Identity, those I know of and those I am discovering along the way.
It takes courage to see ourselves and to feel the fragility of life. Together, in an environment of nurture, love and community we brave the courage to live fully and embrace the parts of me that remain in spite of change, to continue evolving and stimulating all our genetic potentials!

Seeds of Love was created as a celebration for Biodanza Iowa. After a year and a half of dancing together and organically expanding the circle, we gather to dance the seeds we've sowed, and how they've bloomed into new discoveries, within ourselves, with others and the world around us.
In every gaze, in every encounter, in every hand we hold, the world changes!
Celebrando a Rolando fue un fin de semana de asombro y amor! La siembra y el cuidado de haber danzado por mas de año y medio, se hicieron presente a traves del poder del grupo para florecer como comunidad de amor! Gracias Rolando por mostrarnos el camino para encontrar nuestro caminar en amor!!!
Celebrating Rolando was a weekend of full of wonder!
The sowing & care of having danced for more than a year and a half, were present through the power of the group to be able to flourish as a community of love! Thank you Rolando for showing us the way to find our walk in love and in community !!!
